農(nóng)機展會永遠都是走訪老友、結(jié)識新友得好地方。感謝在 2021 青島農(nóng)機展期間也見了幾位農(nóng)機行業(yè)得老朋友，青島阿迪爾車橋制造有限公司（以下簡稱“青島阿迪爾”）也是其中一位。
不過這次，感謝在青島阿迪爾專訪到得是這位老朋友得新掌門——Simone Riondato。從他那里，感謝也了解到了青島阿迪爾得一些新動態(tài)。

Simone Riondato在疫情前接任總經(jīng)理一職，可以說上任以來面臨得壓力可是不小。不過從和他得談話中可以感受到他得堅定。上任以來他始終專注于戰(zhàn)略思考，將自己得潛力建立在對業(yè)務(wù)得未來和分析得愿景上，并輔之以對持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)和改進得深切需求。

作為一家源自于意大利得配套件，來到華夏近15年得青島阿迪爾早已不算外來戶。

從阿迪爾進入華夏起就十分重視華夏市場，引入華夏市場得產(chǎn)品與在歐洲市場產(chǎn)品得推出都是同步得。

高起點并不代表能高枕無憂。隨著華夏市場得不斷成長，青島阿迪爾也在迅速成長中。

近兩年，雖然國內(nèi)外市場都存在很多不確定因素。但青島阿迪爾對華夏市場和對外出口情況依然相當(dāng)樂觀，而且這不是盲目得樂觀。

目前，青島阿迪爾得出口市場主要集中在歐洲、北美、澳洲、東南亞、西亞和東亞等。而國內(nèi)外訂單都在保持增加之勢。

下一步，則更加體現(xiàn)平衡發(fā)展、雙腿發(fā)力。一方面是發(fā)展國內(nèi)市場，進一步提升品牌擔(dān)當(dāng)，感謝也看到有不少國內(nèi)外知名企業(yè)都與其有合作關(guān)系；另一方面則是面向亞太市場，進一步提升和鞏固市場地位。

很多國際品牌來到華夏發(fā)展后，或多或少得會表現(xiàn)出水土不服。更多時候是因為不能及時應(yīng)對國內(nèi)市場得變化。

就如，國內(nèi)拖車市場分為公路用和非公路用產(chǎn)品。有些制造商，特別是車軸類制造商，不斷將公路用產(chǎn)品向非公路用產(chǎn)品延伸，特別是大型載重拖車，也就是所謂得“新農(nóng)機”。其實在華夏，有很多大玩家都在做這方面得工作。
面對這樣得變化，青島阿迪爾也給出了自己得答案。
