Memphis has agreed to a deal to send Andre Iguodala to Miami, league source tells ESPN. Iguodala agreed to trade and has agreed to a two-year, $30M extension with Miami.

Just made this comment in the Lakers subreddit, but I think the rationale was:

Riley sees a somewhat wide open East + knows Justise medical records better than the other FOs. Maybe came to the conclusion that Justise can t help them past the Bucks this year and made a win now move.
